HANDGUNS

Private individuals must use the services of a Licensed FFL holder to ship a handgun or pistol. Federal Firearm License holders and law enforcement may use the U.S. Post Office to ship a handgun or semi-automatic pistol.

A private individual may ship through U.S. Mail the barrel, slide and barrel bushing (if you have one) of a semi auto. Reflex sights must be removed - we do not turn them on, test, or assume responsibility for damage in transit.

RIFLES/SHOTGUNS

Rifle barrel actions and shotgun barrels can also be sent directly by an individual for service. They can be shipped directly to us via U.S. Mail.

Shotgun porting services ship barrels only. Leave a set of choke tubes in the barrel. Porting is placed behind the choke tubes and they are not removed during processing.

If your barrel has a rib, place the rib toward the inside of the shipping container and not against an outside edge.

Rifles should be shipped less the stock, scope, and bolt. An additional charge of $15.00 per rifle applies when we must remove the action from the stock and reassemble. Marlin lever actions forearm and stock removal $35.00. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BOLTS RECEIVED WITH RIFLES.

PLEASE BE SURE TO PACKAGE AND WRAP YOUR FIREARM PROPERLY. Please include a letter of instruction with your handgun or barrel indicating what services are to be done, return shipping address, and method of payment. Delivery for handgun and shotgun porting services will average about 2 weeks for processing once received by Mag-Na-Port. Delivery on gunsmithing services, and non-standard porting requests will vary depending on the services requested. Due to the volume of firearms received we do not notify you upon arrival.

WE ACCEPT CHECK, MONEY ORDER, MASTERCARD, VISA, AND DISCOVER.

Provide credit card number, expiration date, 3 digit security number, billing address and telephone number. Note: If we are unsuccessful in processing your credit card transaction, your order will be returned via., C.O.D. for the cost of the services, return shipping, insurance, and handling.

IF OVERPAYMENT IS MADE: We issue a credit memo. We will not refund. The original credit memo can be used at any time in the future.

OUR PRIMARY METHOD FOR RETURN SHIPPING IS BY UPS GROUND SERVICE. (Complete handguns or semi-automatic pistols must be returned UPS Air) Please allow enough time for two way shipping. To expedite transit time, request 2 day or next day shipping in your instructions. Keep in mind all serial numbered firearms require an adult signature upon delivery. Shotgun and rifle shipments to Hawaii or Alaska can be shipped U.S. Mail. Please state your shipping preference.
